15 Mar SPRING FEVER 2017 @MOTORAMA CUSTOM CAR & MOTORSPORTS EXPO (MARCH 14, 2017)
The third annual Motorama Custom Car & Motorsports Expo Presented by Mothers took place on March 10, 11 & 12, 2017 at The International Centre, across from Toronto’s Pearson International Airport. Motorama is Canada’s biggest late-winter celebration of automobiles and motorsports. The show featured more than 300,000 square feet of custom cars, hot rods, racing vehicles of all kinds, tuners, displays and exhibitors. One of the countless many highlights of the event was Spring Fever:Modified Cars & Culture, a ‘show within a show’ that once again took place in the 30,000+ square-foot Hall 4 at Toronto’s International Centre. After a fantastic debut for Spring Fever at the March 2016 show, Kristine Danton returned as the organizer of Spring Fever 2017. Once again I had the honor of being the DJ and the MC of the event, as well a be able to capture some of the sights from this event that are presented to you below. There were many competition classes which made it exciting and fair to the competitors. In addition everyone walked out with a participation plaque that they could keep as a momento. I was also honored to be asked to design the plaques for this event again in 2017, I hope people liked them. Many vendors were present and included, Shinzo Media who supply many of the jdm stickers in the scene, Liqui Moli, JDM Addiction, Ink&Iron, Cloey’s Closet just to name a few. Some of the memorable car show teams that were present such; Nokturnal, Next Level, Squeakyclean Lowlifes, Club Lexus, Elevated, Team Mazyn, On Point crew, 905 Rides, and others deserve special mention. Thank you for your support of the event. Without you there would be no events such as these and no scene as we know it. Congratulations to all the winners and spectators and we will see you all in 2018.
